How a student wears the uniform gives a clear message about how the student sees themselves and their College. As members of this community all students are expected to wear the uniform with pride, and groom themselves appropriately.

A second-hand clothing pool is in operation for the school.

The Clothing Pool sells quality secondhand garments priced at around half the price of new garments. It operates solely on the generous donation by our families of out-grown and unused uniform items.

Summer uniform — Terms 1 and 4

Years 7 – 10
Girls Boys
  • Pale blue/grey check dress worn to the middle of the knee
  • Short plain, light blue socks
  • Black polishable firm leather lace-up shoes with low heels
  • Optional: Maroon jumper with crest and / or College blazer
  • Navy blue school trousers, or navy school shorts (optional), with plain black leather belt
  • Blue school shirt with crest on pocket
  • Plain grey, navy or black socks
  • Black polishable firm leather lace-up shoes with low heel
  • Optional: Maroon jumper with crest and / or College blazer

 

Years 11 and 12

  • Navy skirt worn below the knee
  • Striped school blouse

  • Maroon/blue tartan skirt worn to the middle of the knee
  • Navy tailored school slacks (optional)
  • Blue school shirt with maroon tie worn appropriately - to the top of the skirt
  • Short plain blue socks or grey or black stockings
  • Black polishable firm leather lace-up shoes with low heel
  • College blazer or jacket (maroon jumper for extra warmth)
  • Navy blue school trousers with black leather belt
  • Blue school shirt with navy school tie worn appropriately - to the top of the trouser
  • Plain grey, navy or black socks

Years 11 and 12

All students

  • The College blazer or jacket must be worn to and from school in Terms 2 and 3 up to the end of Homeroom and before being dismissed from classes at the end of each day.

  • Plain black, navy or maroon gloves and a plain black, navy or maroon scarf may be worn during Terms 2 and 3.

  • Protective wet-weather clothing may be worn to and from school. It is not to be worn during school.

  • Soft leather shoes, black joggers, boots or suede shoes are not acceptable.

  • Garments worn under blouses or shirts, if worn, are not to be visible.
  • The only acceptable headwear is the College cap.

Sports Uniform

Girls and Boys
  • Blue uniform shorts
  • College socks
  • College tracksuit (jumper may be worn underneath but not instead of the tracksuit top)
  • College sports shirt
  • Only proper lace up sports shoes are to be worn. Laces must be properly done up at all times. 
  • College cap.

 

  • The full College tracksuit is a compulsory item of uniform for ALL students in Year 7 to 10.  

  • Students may wear their sports uniform to and from the College on the designated sports day, i.e. Thursday. A student who doesn’t have full sports uniform must wear normal school uniform and get changed for sport. On days when students have PE, they must bring their sports uniform and change for their PE lesson at the appropriate time. They are not to come to school dressed in their PE uniform.

  • A College cap is a compulsory item of the uniform and must be worn during PE lessons and sport.
  • Soft leather shoes, black joggers, boots or suede shoes are not acceptable

  • In all descriptions of socks above, anklet socks are not to be worn.

  • Appropriate clothing must be worn for participation in specialist courses.
